Our company is engaged, among other things, in the development, production and distribution of high-quality, high-performance LED systems for professional and semi-professional applications. Tasks
Your demanding task mainly consists of maintaining our extensive library of manufacturing documents in mechanics, electrical/electronics and optics, integrating new components, subsystems and systems into our contemporary, parameterised and hierarchically structured manufacturing and documentation system, optimising manufacturing processes and describing them appropriately for each stage. In addition, you will prepare work for our purchasing department by creating calculable bill of materials frameworks and supply chain documents, which not only accurately represent the assembly hierarchies but also reduce the effort for quotation and sales. You bear great responsibility because you know that efficient manufacturing with variable production depth guarantees market success. In doing so, you work closely with development, production, purchasing and sales. Requirements
- Technical engineering degree (Dipl.Ing., TU, FH/MSc, or similar) in electrical engineering, mechanics or mechatronics. Additional training and experience in process, documentation and manufacturing technology, as well as in project business in the small to medium batch size range. - Absolutely proficient in creating and maintaining circuit diagrams (electrical and electronic), layouts, assembly plans, bills of materials, as well as mechanical design, assembly, exploded and workshop drawings.
- Very good knowledge in data modelling and representation (e.g. UML, Entity/Relationship Model, Consumer/Producer Model, Client/Server Model, hierarchical cardinalities, group and set theory knowledge, etc.)
- Solid knowledge in handling relational DBMS at ERP system level
- Very good MS Office skills (especially VISIO Professional and Project), as well as ERP systems and common CAD systems for document maintenance (e.g. Target3000, Eagle,
- You have an above-average grasp and an excellent, multidimensional imagination. This allows you to visualise entire devices in your mind, assemble them and create corresponding process-optimised manufacturing documents.
- You think structurally and your work is always goal-oriented and focused on economic efficiency.
