What you can achieve
- You take control of incoming and outgoing goods, including functional checks on medical devices
- You ensure correct recording of all goods in the SAP system (IBS) and actively optimize our warehouse
- You organize the smooth flow of goods between Niederbipp and our external warehouse in Oensingen
- You prepare goods and devices, assist with deliveries, and are directly on-site with the customer
- You are the first point of contact for technical questions about our devices, internally and externally
- You support exciting projects and take responsibility for our vehicles and returns
- You help maintain our quality standards and archiving processes
- You share your SAP knowledge within the team and contribute to further development
What you bring
- You have experience in the warehouse and are familiar with SAP in the context of warehouse monitoring, inventory movement, and storage capacities, ideally already as a key user
- Technology is your thing, PC, Excel, and the like are not foreign words for you
- You are handy and enjoy getting involved
- You hold a driving license category B
- You are open, communicative, and eager to advise customers friendly
- You speak German fluently, French is a plus but not a must
- You enjoy working in a team and are motivated to learn new things
