Your Tasks
- Proper preparation and sterilisation of instruments and medical products according to Swissmedic guidelines
- Sterile goods and storage inspections
- Operation and monitoring of washer-disinfectors and autoclaves
- Documentation of preparation processes and complete traceability
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety standards
- Collaborative, interdisciplinary teamwork in a team-oriented and sometimes hectic environment
- Willingness to work weekends and on-call shifts
Your Profile
- Completed sterilisation course Fachkunde 1 mandatory
- Professional experience in medical product preparation advantageous
- Enjoyment of the profession and willingness for professional development
- Outgoing, communicative, flexible, and resilient personality
- Careful, structured, and independent working style
- High awareness of quality, hygiene, and service
