Tasks
- Professional support and responsibility in the learning process design of FaGe trainees in the 1st year of apprenticeship
- Planning, implementation, and evaluation of internal learning and educational lessons for HF nursing students and FaGe trainees
- Close cooperation with the training managers, ward managers, and the wider interdisciplinary team
- Active participation in the further development of education-related projects
- Participation in the recruitment process
Profile
- HF / FH nursing diploma with experience in psychiatric settings and a completed pedagogical additional training (SVEB-1 or higher)
- High professional and social competence as well as good communication skills
- For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required
