Under the roof of the non-profit and non-profit foundation Siloah, the Siloah network, consisting of a hospital, long-term care, Spitex, and the operational and IT functions with around 1,000 employees, forms the competence center for integrated care in old age. The Siloah network is currently active at six locations in the canton of Bern and sees itself, among other things, as a solution provider for long-term and Spitex organizations in operational and IT functions.
At the location in Gümligen, we are looking for a competent person for our HR Service Center immediately or by agreement.
Your tasks
- Responsible for all personnel administration in the assigned area (e.g. employment contracts, work references, creating illness and accident reports, correspondence with social insurances, etc.)
- Responsible for all payroll-related tasks in the assigned area
- First point of contact for our employees and supervisors for all personnel-related questions
- Maintenance of personnel master data
- Active implementation and further development of the processes of our HR Service Center
Your profile
- Basic training as a commercial employee with further training as an HR assistant
- Trainer course is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in operational HR, payroll processing, and HR administration
- Very good IT skills, knowledge of Polypoint PEP is an advantage
- Experience in training apprentices
- Independent, structured, and efficient working style
- Service-oriented and solution-oriented thinking and acting
- Responsible, trustworthy, and discreet
- Flexible personality with high social and change competence
