About the job

• Overall responsibility for the operational, personnel and strategic management of the department including ensuring a stable 24/7 operation
• Leadership and development of the currently three group leaders as well as building a high-performance team and leadership culture
• Responsibility for efficient personnel deployment planning, target achievement, talent development and succession planning
• Ensuring and continuously optimising legally compliant, economical end-to-end processes in the admission and cost assurance area
• Leading and participating in cross-departmental projects as well as actively shaping digitalisation and automation initiatives

• Commercial or health economics training or comparable basic training as well as further education at FH/HF level and leadership training
• Several years of professional and proven leadership experience in a complex service or hospital environment are required; project and/or transformation experience is an advantage
• Very good written and spoken English skills as well as good spoken French skills are required; further foreign language skills are an advantage
• Proficient in the use of MS Office programmes; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Service-oriented personality with negotiation skills and high communication competence
