Our client, PROMEA Social Insurances, offers companies social insurances of the 1st and 2nd pillar from a single source. Under one roof, PROMEA manages the PROMEA Compensation Fund (AHV/IV/EO/ALV), the PROMEA Family Compensation Fund (active in all 26 cantons), the PROMEA Pension Fund as well as the Pension Fund Optics/Photo/Precious Metals (PK OPE). Since 1947, PROMEA has supported the members of numerous founding and sponsoring associations, including AM Suisse and HANDELSVERBAND.swiss. Today, around 55 employees look after approximately 4,000 companies and over 100,000 insured persons.
As part of a succession, we are looking for a
Head of Compensation Fund / FAK, Member of the Executive Board and Deputy Head of Fund 80-100%
Your Tasks
- Operational management of the AK and FAK through the three department heads
- Leadership and further development of the three department heads and their teams
- Risk owner for the internal control system, including risk and quality management in the AK/FAK area as well as coordination of audits
- Management of strategic and operational projects for the further development of PROMEA, especially in the areas of digitalisation and process optimisation
- Controls communication: defines topics, channels and approvals and ensures that the specialist departments consistently manage the website (including guides), news releases, social media and the annual report and comply with the corporate design
- Represents the head of fund during absences and assumes the pivotal role across all PROMEA institutions (AK, FAK, pension funds) during this time
Your Profile
- University degree (university, university of applied sciences or higher technical school), e.g. in business administration, personnel management, auditing, ICT or law, ideally advanced training in the social insurance sector
- Fluent German in spoken and written form (C2), as well as French and/or Italian advantageous
- Several years of experience in AHV and/or FAK administration, with sound knowledge of contributions, benefits and family allowances/EO/EE
- Experience in leading managers, ideally as head of division or department or as deputy head of fund
- Extensive experience in project management, ideally in ICT, digitalisation and migration projects; knowledge of AKIS advantageous
- Implementation-strong leadership personality who takes responsibility, sets priorities and pragmatically and independently seeks solutions as a doer and achieves project goals on time
- Sounding board for the head of fund with operational and strategic foresight and the necessary understanding of financial framework conditions
