Your area of responsibility
- You are the central point of contact for around 900 agents and 60 assistants across Switzerland – together with your team, you support them actively and competently in all personnel-related topics
- From onboarding to offboarding: You take care of our agents and assistants throughout the entire employee lifecycle – from entry through all administrative HR processes, social insurance topics, to the handling of departures
- In dialogue with authorities and institutions, you present yourself confidently – whether with migration, debt collection, or unemployment insurance: You communicate clearly, professionally, and solution-oriented – both in writing and verbally
- Data management with responsibility: You handle sensitive information carefully, manage our administrative systems reliably, and actively support the registration process of our agents with the relevant advisory registers
Your strengths
- You have completed a commercial or equivalent training – ideally, you have already gained several years of professional experience
- Ideally, you bring know-how in the HR field – but motivated career changers with a flair for personnel topics are also warmly welcome
- You enjoy administrative work, have a pronounced service orientation, and do not lose sight, patience, or fun even with a high workload.
- Reliability, empathy, team spirit, and a positive attitude characterize you – you work organized, quality-oriented, and prioritize tasks purposefully and efficiently
- Proficient use of MS Office is part of your daily routine
- Very good German and Italian skills (preferably native language) and possibly good French skills complete your profile
- Market-oriented base salary
