You support us with the following tasks
• Coordination and processing of daily business between aviation customers and insurers
• Handling of oral and written inquiries as well as support of administrative
processes in the event of a claim
• Care of our customers as well as preparation of offers and certificates in the aviation industry
• Management of our framework agreements in aviation
• Assistance with innovative and customer-specific insurance solutions in the aviation customer segment
You convince us with
• A commercial basic training with a federal certificate of competence (broker or insurance)
or experience in the aviation sector
• Interest in the topic of aviation and the associated insurance contracts
• Initiative, independent, efficient and careful way of working
• Your resilience and flexibility
• Your high commitment and ability to work in a team
• Your proficient use of MS Office and quick grasp of the system landscape
• Negotiation-level German and French skills; English is an advantage
