Your tasks

• Receiving and processing emergency calls as well as business telephony
• Coordination and timely management of operations
• Consistent and complete case documentation in the control centre system
• Operation of the control centre systems
• Collaboration with internal and external partners in incident management

Requirements

• Several years of police professional experience
• Independent and responsible working style
• Decision-making ability and overview in complex situations
• Willingness to learn, interest in IT-supported systems
• Networked and company-wide thinking
• Willingness to work shifts
• Foreign language skills are an advantage
