Such and similar questions are asked daily to our customer advisors in the area of compensation for loss of earnings. They maintain lively telephone and written contact with our customers and advise them on questions regarding compensation for loss of earnings and maternity compensation. They review the applications and determine the entitlements. Your interesting tasks also include handling objections.

A prerequisite for this varied and demanding job is a commercial apprenticeship. Alternatively, you have another three-year vocational training and a completed commercial school.
