About the job
As a backoffice employee, you are an essential pillar of smooth administrative and commercial operations. You particularly support the sales team in their daily activities and actively contribute to the quality of customer service as well as the efficiency of internal processes.
Your responsibilities
- Administrative and operational support of the sales team
- Management and follow-up of customer files and orders
- Entry, updating, and control of data in internal systems (SAP)
- Preparation and follow-up of commercial documents (offers, order confirmations, invoices)
- Close coordination with sales, logistics, and finance teams
- Handling customer requests by phone and email
- Monitoring deadlines, quality control of data, and compliance with internal procedures
- Participation in the continuous improvement of backoffice processes
Your profile
- Completed commercial or administrative training
- Experience in a backoffice, administrative, or sales support role
- Good knowledge of SAP desired
- Comfortable with common IT tools (MS Office)
- Structured, precise, and solution-oriented working method
- Service-minded, reliable, and team spirit
- Very good knowledge of French, spoken and written
- Knowledge of German and/or English is an asset
