Our manufacturing team needs support! We are looking to strengthen it immediately or by arrangement with a

• Operational production planning: Coordination of production dates for our sterile and non-sterile products (solutions, capsules, ointments, etc.) taking into account capacities and delivery deadlines.
• AVOR: You ensure that the required materials, equipment, and production documents are available at the right time for production.
• Master Data Management: You maintain and optimise GMP-critical master data (bills of materials, material masters) in SAP, thus ensuring data integrity.
• Interface management: Hub function between production, supply chain management, and quality assurance.
• Process optimisation: Support in designing efficient planning processes in the current SAP environment (ERP 6)

• Completed vocational training with practical experience in production planning
• SAP expertise: Ideally, you have already gained SAP experience
• GMP know-how: You understand the regulatory requirements of pharmaceutical manufacturing and know that documentation quality is paramount. Additionally, you bring practical experience in the GMP environment.
• All-rounder mentality: Whether sterile eye drops or complex ointment mixtures – you keep an overview of different manufacturing processes.
• Communication skills: You can harmonise the needs of production with the requirements of supply chain management.
