Your area of responsibility
In this varied role, you are the competent and friendly contact person for our customers – mostly construction professionals. Your main task includes telephone sales and preparing offers in the field of building materials. You take care of our demanding customers and present sales-effective solution proposals. In addition, you support our customers by providing technical information or mediating. If necessary, you actively support your team colleagues in order acceptance and advice in our sales shop. General administrative tasks related to internal sales complete your area of responsibility.
Your profile
You appreciate the personalities of the construction industry and feel comfortable in a construction-related environment. You have successfully completed a vocational training EFZ and ideally have practical and administrative experience in internal sales. Existing knowledge or an affinity for building materials and tools is desirable and will facilitate your entry. Direct customer contact and active sales of a large assortment in German and French bring you joy. We are looking for a winning and service-oriented person with good PC user skills. Together with your team colleagues, you put joint success first.
