For the Senevita Giesserei in Arbon we are looking for the upcoming autumn semester a

trainee certified nursing specialist HF
in long-term care, as well as in the in-house Spitex.

Training to become a certified nursing specialist HF

Your tasks

• Development by year of training:
  1st year: Lots of guidance, focus on basic care & observation.
  2nd year: More independence, first more complex tasks.
  3rd year: Almost independent care, taking responsibility for patient groups.

What you bring

• Qualified educational qualification: You have a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ), a vocational, specialised or gymnasial Matura, a specialised middle school certificate or an equivalent training certificate.
• Passion for care and teamwork: You enjoy working with elderly people and appreciate constructive exchange and collaboration within the team.
• Responsible conduct: You are characterised by a high degree of responsibility and reliability in fulfilling your tasks.
• Communication skills: You convince with strong communication skills and a cooperative, team-oriented attitude.
• Attentive eye: Thanks to your keen observation skills, you quickly and precisely recognise changes and needs of the residents.
• Resilience: You are both mentally and physically resilient and keep a cool head even in demanding situations.
• Hygiene awareness: A clean, careful way of working and a strong sense of hygiene standards are natural for you.
• Flexibility: You are willing to work flexible hours and adapt to operational requirements.
• Organisational skills: With your organisational talent, you shape the working day efficiently and in a structured manner.
• Language skills: You have good German skills in spoken and written form to ensure smooth communication and documentation.
