Corporate Lawyer (70%)
Your role is demanding and varied.
As a corporate lawyer at SVA Zürich, you advise and support the management of SVA Zürich, particularly on complex legal matters in the areas of public procurement, general contract law, as well as data protection and IT law. You draft and review contracts and maintain regular contact with internal and external parties. You also contribute your expertise in project groups.
You convince us both professionally and personally.
You have a completed law degree and relevant professional experience in the mentioned legal fields. Additionally, you hold the Swiss bar licence. You are interested in digitalisation projects or ideally already have experience with them. You are an open, solution-oriented, and decisive personality with a high level of linguistic competence, which you skilfully apply in both oral and written expression. Furthermore, you are characterised by a transparent and trustworthy personality and know how to achieve the desired effect in a goal-oriented manner with the necessary tact.
