Your tasks with the new employer:

• You contribute your expertise to the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to REKOLE and Swiss GAAP FER and ensure reliable financial management with precise financial analyses
• With your analytical acumen, you create meaningful management reports, budgets, and forecasts, prepare data for performance planning, and support departments in important decisions
• You actively participate in the further development of modern controlling instruments, optimise processes in investment controlling, and develop measures for efficiency improvement and cost control together with the team
• As a competent contact person, you work closely with various departments and take on the preparation of important health statistics as well as the data basis for SpiGes, ITAR_K, and the REKOLE re-certification

You offer your new employer:

• You have a business administration education with a focus on controlling or bring a comparable qualification through your commercial training and several years of professional experience in finance
• A further education at HF or FH level in business administration, controlling, or finance and accounting ideally complements your profile and provides a valuable foundation for this versatile role
• You bring experience in controlling, ideally in healthcare, as well as very good Excel skills and are familiar with ERP systems and BI tools such as SAP, TM1, or comparable applications
• With your analytical thinking, independent and proactive working style, and communicative manner, you convince across the board and keep an overview even with complex issues
