Living & Housing «In der Au» is the guiding principle of VitaFutura AG and includes accommodation, care, catering through the in-house kitchen, as well as the public restaurant & bistro LaVita. For the qualified implementation of these services, VitaFutura AG currently employs 150 staff in the areas of nursing, Spitex, gastronomy, technical service, and administration. The company operates as a non-profit joint-stock company on behalf of the municipality of Volketswil.

For our team of specialists, we are looking for a: Health Specialist EFZ with Trainer Role Workload 80% - 100% Your tasks

• Comprehensive care and support of our residents within your area of expertise
• Ensuring a professional care process in collaboration with the team
• Planning, supervising, and assessing trainee Health Specialists EFZ
• Conducting educational and location discussions according to the training regulations
• Promoting a learning-friendly environment and imparting specialist knowledge in daily care
• Contributing to the further development of training practice and quality assurance

Your profile

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• Trainer course (according to SVEB or equivalent) or willingness to pursue further training
• Professional experience in long-term care
• Enjoyment in supporting and fostering young people
• Responsible, empathetic, and team-oriented personality
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
