Scope of Work

• Leading the Revisions & Conversions team in the area of rolling stock & traction at the Polyworkshop Brig. Participation in the management team of the Polyworkshop Brig department
• Taking the lead for the professional and timely execution of revision work, conversions and change orders on thermal and electric powered and trailer vehicles
• Ensuring quality and economical processing of orders combined with continuous optimisation of processes
• Responsible for the organisation and processing of wheelset machining on the underfloor lathe
• Promoting teamwork and further development of employees

Profile

• Completed vocational training in a technical field with solid work experience and leadership experience
• Knowledge of the railway industry or vehicle maintenance is an advantage
• High expertise in mechanics, pneumatics, metalworking and electrics
• Team player with commitment, persuasiveness, motivational skills and flexibility
• Strong implementation skills through role modelling and assertiveness
