About the job
At our global operational headquarters in Nänikon and Greifensee, Facility Management is responsible for the technical and infrastructural tasks as well as services for the METTLER TOLEDO buildings. To strengthen our Facility Management team, we are looking for a committed individual as Supporter Facility Services & Internal Post Clerk 100% (all genders). In this varied dual role, you will spend half of the working day in the Facility Services area (afternoons) and take on the tasks of the internal post daily business in the other half (mornings). In this role, you will undertake the following activities: Maintenance, care and repair work on the building infrastructure based on tickets, internal FM orders, inspections and from the order management of the maintenance software. Active participation in the Facility Services team: carrying out relocation orders, managing meeting rooms, assembly work as well as repairs according to ticket requests from our internal customers. Support in the daily business of the internal post with the following tasks: sorting, scanning and distributing letters and parcels to internal departments. Collection, franking and processing of registered and/or international mail. Management of the freight forwarding at the Greifensee site including handling of containers and pallets. Collection and dispatch of internal post at the local post office with the company vehicle. Supervision and accompaniment of external craftsmen in the company buildings.
