Receptionist 20-40% (m/f/d) 20-40 %- You are the first point of contact at reception and shape the first impression for customers and guests with your demeanour
- You ensure a smooth daily operation – from telephone, email and post to organising meeting rooms
- You coordinate various interfaces and keep an overview even in a dynamic environment
- You bring structure and quality to processes – from data maintenance to invoice processing and compliance with standards
- Completed commercial or comparable training, ideally complemented by experience in the service sector
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role (reception, hospitality, facility or customer service)
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Confident handling of MS Office and digital tools
- Strong service orientation, organisational talent and a hands-on mentality
- Friendly, professional appearance as well as a structured and independent working style
