Your Tasks

• You take on the professional and holistic care and support of our residents.
• You are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing process.
• You ensure high-quality nursing care and professional documentation.
• You take on daily responsibility and support your colleagues professionally.
• You work closely with relatives, doctors, and other specialist agencies.
• You actively contribute your expertise and ideas to the further development of our nursing care.
• You undertake 4–5 on-call shifts per month and are prepared to work 1–2 weekends per month.
• Your attitude helps make our nursing homes places where residents and staff feel comfortable.

What You Bring

• Completed training as a dipl. Nursing Specialist HF or an equivalent recognition.
• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage.
• Enjoyment in working with elderly and very old people. Responsibility, independence, and a respectful attitude.
• Enjoyment of a varied working day and collaboration in small teams.
• Willingness to take responsibility and contribute to a self-organised organisation.
• Good German language skills.
• Knowledge of Italian or Spanish is an advantage.
