To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

Your tasks:

• You competently support our customers in all operational matters – from ordering to delivery and invoicing
• You coordinate customer orders, projects, and freight forwarding clarifications
• You organise the provision of customer samples
• You create sales plans and forecasts together with customers and coordinate these internally
• You maintain master data, specifications as well as product and material information
• You support the customer service team with your expertise
• You work closely with sales, business development, production, planning and other specialist departments
• You ensure smooth communication and coordination across the various processes

Your profile:

Commercial training or comparable qualificationSeveral years of experience in customer service, order management or a similar environmentExperience in pharma, healthcare or export is an advantageOrganisational talent, analytical and networked thinkingIndependent, structured and reliable working styleStrong customer and service orientationEnjoyment in collaborating with various specialist departmentsPragmatic and solution-oriented personality who remains calm in the face of changes, unexpected challenges or prioritiesVery good German and English skills, both spoken and writtenConfident handling of MS Office
