• As part of a four-person team, reporting directly to Management, you will independently handle complex professional indemnity cases, notably for lawyers, notaries, fiduciaries, and IT service providers
• Your responsibilities will also include handling claims related to directors' liability, cybercrime, and breaches of trust
• Your activities will notably include fact-finding, legal assessment of liability and insurance coverage, as well as conducting negotiations with the injured parties and their legal representatives and, if necessary, supporting judicial proceedings
• Furthermore, you will support underwriting in risk assessment, collaborate on projects, and be called upon to give presentations at seminars

• You are proactive and a team player, able to assert yourself and negotiate; reviewing cases is a challenge you enjoy
• Thanks to your strong analytical skills and ability to quickly grasp complex issues, you can resolve them promptly
• You have excellent oral and written communication skills in French. A good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written) is an advantage
• You are a lawyer with Swiss bar admission and have several years of professional experience (preferably in the legal profession, judiciary, or insurance sector)
• An affinity for IT as well as knowledge of liability law, corporate law, and accounting are a plus that will perfectly complement your profile
