Proven experience in this position and at least 5 years in management
Leadership, smooth communication, organisation and strong on-site presence
Excellent mastery of quality and production requirements Manage and organise the polishing workshop activity
Lead and unite a large team of 50 people
Supervise quality, deadlines and production performance
Optimise workflows, processes and working methods
Ensure compliance with quality standards and watchmaking requirements
