The diagnosis has been made – and then? For many adults with ADHD, this is exactly where the work begins that truly changes their everyday life: finding structure, talking to the employer, clarifying claims, staying on track. We are building this part of care anew, and you will help shape it.

klaroADHS is a specialised outpatient service for the assessment and treatment of ADHD in adults, with locations in Zurich and Biel and supplementary video consultations. The provider is 1050medical GmbH. Around 20 employees work with us in an interprofessional team: specialists in psychiatry and psychotherapy, assistant doctors, psychologists and an administration team.

What to expect

• You conduct accompanying individual consultations after diagnosis – on site and via video consultation
• You provide psychoeducation on ADHD in adulthood, initially in individual settings, later also in groups
• You support everyday structure, work situation and self-management
• You advise on work, social insurance and compensation for disadvantages and conduct discussions with relatives and employers
• You coordinate with further treating specialists and external agencies
• You document the progress carefully
• You contribute your knowledge in case discussions and work under the professional responsibility of our specialists

What you bring

• Diploma as a nurse HF/FH specialising in psychiatry, Bachelor in Social Work FH or an equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in a psychiatric environment
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form (at least C1); for the Biel location, good French skills are additionally required
• Regular presence at one of the two locations possible
• Appreciative, resource-oriented attitude
• Enjoyment in developing an area from scratch rather than joining established structures

Advantageous but not mandatory: outpatient experience, knowledge of social insurance law, an additional qualification in the field of ADHD or coaching.
