• You lead the communications and marketing team both professionally and personally and further develop structures, working methods, and skills
• You create an environment where collaboration, creativity, and quality are a matter of course
• You are responsible for the overall appearance of AEW, from strategy through campaigns to digital channels
• You develop marketing and sales support for all business areas
• You ensure that the website, social media & digital touchpoints are modern, relevant, and customer-oriented
• You are responsible for the communication hub between employees, management, media, politics, and employees
• Together with your team, you are responsible for media work, internal communication, storytelling, editorial management, and the annual report
• You accompany changes with clear, transparent, and credible communication
• You design events, trade fairs, sponsorship events, and special occasions such as anniversaries, creating extraordinary moments

• A degree (FH/University) in communication, marketing, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in marketing or corporate communications
• Leadership experience and enjoyment in promoting people and achieving impact
• Strong language skills, clear stance, and the ability to tell stories
• Strategic thinking and enthusiasm to further develop a brand
• Resilience, team spirit, openness, and the ability to keep an overview even in dynamic situations
• Interest or flair for energy, infrastructure, or technical topics
