MAIN TASKS

• You will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team of about ten staff, coordinating the department's activities, managing budgets, and fostering interfaces with any other internal or external service while ensuring high standards of performance and quality.
• You will have the opportunity to actively participate in institutional projects as well as in the internal training of staff.
• You will also participate in the care of dialysis patients, according to the department's care protocols and respecting medical orders.
• As a frontline manager, you will be on the ground with the team and actively involved in patient care.

YOUR PROFILE

• Qualified nurse with proven experience in dialysis
• You have experience as a manager and ideally have completed additional training such as ICUS or equivalent
• Charismatic and positive personality, you have leadership skills to motivate your team and unite them around set objectives
• Highly organised, autonomous, able to withstand stress and pressure, you know how to take initiatives wisely
• Good IT skills
• Basic knowledge of English or German is an asset
