Designer EFZ Sheet Metal Processing (m/f/d), 80–100%, immediate start

We are Goethe AG, a Swiss company in sheet metal processing, and we are looking for reinforcement in the design team. As a Designer EFZ, you are the interface between customer inquiry and production. You translate requirements into manufacturing-ready designs, accompany projects from feasibility to delivery, and actively help to further develop our online platform blechrechner.ch.

Your tasks

• Creating 3D models and drawings
• Preparing customer data
• Creating operation plans and parts lists
• Feasibility analyses
• Direct customer support
• Project-related purchasing of raw materials and services
• Support of the online platform blechrechner.ch
• Design of testing and operating equipment as well as auxiliary tools for production

What you bring

• Qualification as Designer EFZ and professional experience in the sheet metal sector
• Confident handling of CAD software (SolidEdges)
• Independent and structured way of working
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
• Experience in dealing with customer and supplier contact
• Knowledge of sheet metal processing processes such as laser cutting, bending or welding
