Key Account Manager Since 1989, Egli AG Import and Distribution has been importing and distributing products and brands in the food, non-food, and consumer care sectors. We supply customers throughout Switzerland. We are a subsidiary of the Webstar Group. As an owner-managed company with 50 employees, we think long-term – even in difficult times! For our KAM team, we are looking for a successor as Key Account Manager from 1 January 2027 with a 100% workload. Your tasks

• Independent and comprehensive management, sales, margin, and budget responsibility for the assigned key account customers
• Preparation of offers, customer-specific evaluations, and sales documents
• Development of individual sales and development concepts for key customers
• Building and maintaining long-term and close relationships with the highest-revenue or strategically most important customers
• Developing proposals for their product range design including changes at the point of sale or in the online offering
• Analysing sales potentials, monitoring competitors
• Providing information about new products as well as seasonal additional offers, planning half-yearly and annual meetings
• Point of contact for operational inquiries
• General administrative tasks

Your profile

• Industry experience, a deep understanding of the respective market, products, and customer needs
• Experience with CRM systems, data analysis, and goal-oriented project management
• Native German speaker, good spoken French and English skills
• Experience in field sales or key account management
• Negotiation skills and strong presence
• Business administration or equivalent further education
