Your new challenges:

• Creating repair quotations based on information from service technicians
• Creating order confirmations and recording customer orders
• Creating quotation requests and orders with Schindler and external suppliers
• Maintaining and monitoring repair orders in the system
• Clarifying technical details with suppliers and/or internal departments based on existing documents
• Order control of repair orders
• Providing support with other administrative tasks as needed

 

Your ideal qualifications:

• Technical basic training with commercial further education
• Several years of professional experience, elevator experience is an advantage
• Very good German language skills
• Solid MS Office knowledge, ideally SAP experience
• Team spirit, flexibility, service provider mentality
