About us and "BPM@HR"
In the Human Resources department, we continuously work on the further development of our services and processes. With "BPM@HR" we create an organisation-wide usable and transparent process landscape in HR. HR processes are systematically analysed, modelled and further developed to make workflows more transparent, efficient and qualitatively consistent, as well as to establish organisation-wide comprehensible standards. The structured documentation and modelling of processes strengthens quality, efficiency and governance, while simultaneously supporting the sustainable preservation of process knowledge within the organisation.
Your tasks
- Active support of the project team in the HR project "BPM@HR" with a focus on process modelling in ADONIS
- Modelling and documentation of HR processes
- Further development of existing process models and process documentation
- Support in quality assurance and structuring of the HR process landscape
- Support in the preparation, execution and follow-up of workshops and coordination meetings
Your profile
- Ongoing university studies in Business Administration, Economics, Business Psychology, HR Management or a comparable field
- Initial experience in the HR environment and/or process management
- Understanding of organisational workflows and process contexts
- Structured and precise way of working as well as a strong affinity for documentation and modelling-related tasks
- Open, communicative and curious personality with enjoyment in exchanging ideas with different stakeholders
- Advantageous: experience in process modelling, ideally with ADONIS or comparable modelling tools
- Independent, reliable and careful way of working
- Regular availability during the semester is required for participation in the project
