As Global Product Manager Adiabatics, you are responsible for the development, marketing, and management of adiabatic product lines and applications on a global level. Your main goal is to drive the success of the product series by understanding market needs, defining product strategies, initiating product development projects, and implementing plans to achieve business objectives.

YOUR TASKS

Systematic analysis and definition of customer and market requirements
Development and implementation of the product strategy
Close collaboration with product development to meet market requirements and needs
Positioning and pricing of products
Project management of interdisciplinary and international teams
Planning and implementation of global product launches on the market
Comprehensive product lifecycle management
Performance tracking: monitoring and analysing the market performance of products for strategy optimisation

WHAT YOU BRING

At least 5 years of professional experience in product management in an international environment
Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or equivalent education
Experience with technology-based products as a product manager or product owner
Experience in developing product plans, aligning them with corporate strategy, and developing new markets
Instinct for customer needs and technology trends
Understanding of customer needs and passion for high-quality products
Ability to work effectively with engineers, designers, and executives
Strong communication skills and excellent presentation abilities
Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
Team player with an independent working style
Very good German and English skills
Willingness to travel worldwide (North America, Europe, Asia)
