Nevertheless, we are aware that there are also spontaneous, qualified candidates who shy away from direct applications. We are very happy to review such files, especially for specialist functions.

You are welcome to submit such files here as follows:

• Enter the application under the candidate's name
• Enter the corresponding open position in the appropriate query field
• In the field "Phone number 1 - Mobile" please enter the candidate's date of birth as follows: 079 0TT MM YY. Reason: Identification of duplicate applications in our application system is keyed via the mobile number. Only through coded entry do you prevent all applications from your company, for which the same company mobile number is stored, from being recorded under the same candidate ID. Basically, the following conditions apply to files submitted to Swisspearl Schweiz AG in cooperation with recruiters:

Fee for permanent positions without direct search assignment

The following fee schedule applies: Fee rates (excl. VAT)

10% up to annual income CHF 100,000.-

12% from annual income CHF 100,001.-

Guarantee services of 3 months:

Exit in the 1st month 70%... Refund of the placement fee

Exit in the 2nd month 50%... Refund of the placement fee

Exit in the 3rd month 30%... Refund of the placement fee

Files of candidates who have applied directly to us in the previous 12 months are excluded from a placement fee.
