Quality and Compliance Manager (m/f/d)
What it is about
As a Quality and Compliance Manager (m/f/d) you ensure first-class quality in our EMEA portfolio with a focus on cGxP-relevant areas. You ensure that our JLL teams, project groups and partners at the client sites carry out all work according to the applicable service and quality agreements, JLL and client policies as well as ISO 9001:2015 and cGxP standards. You report directly to our Regional Account Quality and Compliance Lead.
Your main tasks
- You implement and maintain our JLL ISO 9001 QMS as well as the cGxP requirements in the account
- You implement and keep the Account Quality Management Plan (QMP) up to date
- You act as the central contact person and expert for quality issues at your locations
- You develop and maintain quality agreements between JLL and our clients
- You ensure compliance training through document reviews, self-assessments and audits
- You implement sustainable quality and compliance programs for consistently high service quality
- You create and manage quality documentation such as SOPs, change control documents, training materials and investigation reports
- You lead quality-related complaints, change controls, deviations and root cause analyses
- You qualify cGxP-relevant suppliers and conduct regular quality assessments
- You represent JLL to the client FM teams and provide monthly KPI reports
- You work closely with the client quality teams and ensure compliance
- You support various audits – from internal to certification to regulatory audits
- You promote a quality-oriented corporate culture and drive continuous improvements
- You develop your team members and impart knowledge on quality and compliance
- You exchange ideas with regional colleagues and implement proven practices
- You coordinate quality practices across locations for maximum consistency
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a comparable field
- Extensive experience in quality and/or compliance in engineering, facility management, production or laboratory operations
- Practical experience in GMP environments, ideally in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- Experience in leading investigations, change controls and root cause analyses in regulated areas
- Experience in supplier management in GxP environments
- Leadership experience and the ability to operate at all corporate levels
- Comprehensive knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP) and EMEA cGxP standards in the pharma/medtech industry
