Your challenge
- Support in the Third Party Risk Management process (including supplier onboarding, periodic monitoring)
- Creation, review and management of Third Party due diligence and risk analyses
- Systematic filing and updating of all third party documents
- Responsibility for the group-wide contract database
- Coordination with Operational Risk to prepare Third Party risk reports and evaluations
- Participation in contract reviews (e.g. risk clauses, SLAs, data protection and regulatory requirements)
- Support during internal and external audits
Your profile
- Basic understanding of outsourcing risk management in the banking environment (Operational & Third-Party Risks)
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the area of outsourcing (DORA, EBA, FMA, FINMA etc.)
- Experience in vendor / third party management (onboarding, risk assessment, monitoring)
- Affinity for due diligence & supplier management as well as basic knowledge of contracts (SLAs, KPIs, risk clauses)
- Analytical, structured and detail-oriented working style with critical thinking skills
- Confident use of MS 365 products (MS Office, especially Excel)
- Fluent German and English language skills
