The workshop is responsible for a variety of tasks in facility maintenance, road and green area upkeep, as well as cemetery and waste management. Our approximately 40 employees are active throughout Baden every day.

Your tasks
- Independent administrative processing of all work areas
- Providing information at the counter, by telephone or via e-mail
- Handling mail
- Processing weekly reports from employees including holiday, monthly and allowance accounting (MyAbacus)
- Renting out infrastructure material for events including invoicing of services rendered
- Purchasing office supplies
- Secretarial work for the Crematorium municipal association
- Substituting for the team colleague during holidays (100% workload)
Your profile
- Commercial training with EFZ
- Professional experience in a secretariat
- Interest in the workshop topic and its administrative peculiarities
- Confident German language skills, spoken and written
- Precise and structured way of working
- Team player, high service orientation
- Reliable, resilient personality with organisational talent
- Professional handling of IT tools
- Good Microsoft skills (Word, Excel)
