To strengthen our caretaker team, we are looking for a reliable, independent, and skilled individual as a Caretaker 100% with Focus on Green Maintenance.

In this versatile role, you will be a full member of our caretaker team. Your special focus will be the independent care and maintenance of all our green and outdoor areas. At the same time, you will take on the classic tasks of a caretaker and support the team in the daily operation of our site.

Your Tasks

• Independent care and maintenance of all green and outdoor areas
• Lawn care, hedge and shrub trimming, as well as care of trees and plants
• Planning and execution of seasonal green maintenance work
• General surroundings and site maintenance
• Full participation in caretaker duties
• Supervision and inspection of buildings and technical systems
• Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance work
• Regular inspection and site rounds
• Receiving and resolving minor faults
• Coordination and accompaniment of external craftsmen and service providers
• Support with cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Winter service across the entire site
• Support and relief at reception / lodge as needed
• Participation in on-call duty

Your Profile

• Training or professional experience in caretaking, horticulture, landscaping, or a skilled technical trade
• Good knowledge and practical experience in green maintenance
• Manual dexterity and technical understanding
• Independent, reliable, and responsible working style
• Enjoyment of a varied role both indoors and outdoors
• Willingness to take responsibility for green and outdoor areas
• Team spirit and friendly manner towards tenants, colleagues, and external companies
• Willingness for winter and on-call duty
• Driving licence category B
