Your Tasks

• You lead the team during your shift and contribute to ensuring that our residents enjoy professional and individual care and support every day
• You ensure an optimal operational process and the care process in everyday life
• You independently and thoroughly manage the electronic care documentation in Care Coach
• You assist with the daily care of our residents and support the training and education of apprentices and interns
• You are the contact person for residents, relatives and other interest groups such as doctors, pharmacists, etc.
• You take on daily or shift responsibility

Your Profile

• Training as a qualified nurse HF, AKP, DNII, DNI or PsyKP
• You have the SVEB 1 certificate or are willing to complete the training
• You are a RAI-NH coordinator or willing to complete the training
• You have professional experience in the inpatient long-term care sector
• Good oral and written German skills
• Good RAI knowledge in assessment is an advantage
• You are an organisational talent and strive to make everyday life efficient
