In this key role, you will take operational responsibility for case management and actively shape its further development. You will combine sound professional expertise with leadership, prevention, and a strong understanding of economic contexts.
Job DescriptionYour Mission
In this strategic role, you are responsible for developing an efficient organisational structure, a high-performing operational team, and clear processes. Furthermore, you will develop effective prevention measures and targeted training for internal teams and ensure professional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, insurers, and other partners.
Your Responsibilities
- You take operational lead of case management and are responsible for managing and further developing the area.
- You develop suitable prevention concepts to sustainably reduce illness- and accident-related absences.
- You train and raise awareness among internal employees in the areas of absence management, prevention, early detection, and appropriate measures.
- You structure and develop collaboration and interfaces between the organisation, insurers, and other relevant internal and external partners.
- You define meaningful KPIs and create transparency regarding the impact and results of case management.
- Several years of solid experience in case management in Switzerland, for example at an insurance company, a larger enterprise, in rehabilitation, or at a specialised consultancy.
- Very good knowledge of the legal framework in the Swiss social insurance system.
- Experience in the further development or professionalisation of case management processes.
- Leadership experience or proven experience in an operational lead function.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and a strong results orientation as well as a good understanding of the economic impact of absences and case management.
- Relevant higher education, for example in health, social, legal, or human resources fields or a comparable area, and/or a recognised further qualification in case management (CAS/DAS or equivalent qualification).
- Very good German and French skills; English skills are an advantage.
