Job Description

Integrated within the Dial Workshop and under the responsibility of the Workshop Manager, your main mission will be to be the technical reference for the Machining, Guilloché and Laser activities, while ensuring the operational management of a team of about 15 collaborators.

In this context, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Ensure compliance with daily objectives in terms of quality, quantity, deadlines and efficiency
• Manage the daily operational running of the workshop: scheduling, planning and managing absences as well as supervising and coordinating the team on a daily basis
• Ensure the upward and downward flow of information related to the team’s functioning and contribute to the operational performance of the workshop
• Support the training and development of your direct reports and ensure the smooth running of the sector
• Collaborate closely with the Finishing Team Leader and cross-functional teams
• Work in connection with the Industrialisation, Quality, Workshop Assistant and Industrialisation Project Managers teams
• Participate in projects to develop the workshop

Qualifications

• Holder of a qualification in a Technical field, you have 2 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role in an industrial environment
• Knowledge of scheduling and/or planning as well as team management is an asset
• You possess advanced skills in the Office Suite and have already worked on an ERP system
• Committed and rigorous, you are passionate about your work and enjoy sharing your knowledge with pedagogy and diplomacy
• You also demonstrate organisation and know how to make decisions
• Finally, thanks to your ease of contact, you know how to unite a team towards a common goal
