Tasks

• Carry out after-sales service repairs, ensure smooth execution of work, and prepare comprehensive ad-hoc intervention reports for follow-up (environment, technical specifics, etc.).

• Thoroughly inspect appliances, establish precise and appropriate diagnostics

• Work closely with scheduling to ensure efficient and prompt handling of repairs, respecting deadlines and time slots defined by scheduling

• Write intervention reports and ensure repair follow-up.

• Adopt a customer- and results-oriented commercial attitude

Qualifications

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as an electrical installer, electrical mechanic, electronics technician, or equivalent training

• Proven experience in household appliance repair

• Ideally holding an OIBT 15 connection authorisation

• Autonomous, flexible, and well organised

• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems

• Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.

• Valid driving licence in Switzerland.
