Your Tasks
- Independent leadership, organisation, coordination, and supervision of construction projects through phases 31 - 53 according to SIA 112
- Consideration of the strategic guidelines of the hospital board and management
- Assuming the client function towards planners, external companies, and other stakeholders
- Developing decision-making bases for various internal and external committees/project participants
- Ensuring transparent information flow and timely initiation of necessary decisions
- Representing the requirements of construction (construction project and facility management, medical technology access control, safety, etc.), users, operations, and ICT
Your Profile
- Completed education in architecture, civil engineering, or construction project management at university/technical college level (ETH/FH) or a similar qualification
- Extensive knowledge and practical experience in construction, process, and project management
- Experience in client-side management of complex building projects
- Knowledge of service and support processes in healthcare as well as public procurement
- Communicative and team-oriented personality with commitment and assertiveness
- Networked thinking and solution-oriented with a strong quality awareness
