Main tasks

• Creating offers
• Creating calculations and investment requests
• Creating and processing vending machine orders
• Checking order confirmations
• Creating contracts and framework agreements
• Creating individual customer letters
• Creating, editing, and forwarding changes and cancellations
• Creating customer evaluations and analyses
• Entering data in various systems
• Interface function between different departments (direct customer support is rather rare)
• Special tasks as instructed
• Tasks within a project, independent coordination, monitoring, and collaboration

Education

• Completed commercial or equivalent training
• First professional experience in inside sales
• Very good IT user knowledge (Movex, Microsoft CRM, Office programs, Outlook)
• Fluent German and French in spoken and written form
• Very good English skills are an advantage
