Your challenge

Do you want to grow in a stimulating environment where your rigor and leadership really make a difference?

As a future 1st Assistant Manager, you will become the right hand of the Restaurant Manager.
You will actively participate in the management of the restaurant and ensure continuity of management in their absence.

You will help run the restaurant like a small business: dynamic, field-oriented, and close to its teams.

Our franchise operates 3 McDonald’s restaurants in Lausanne. By joining us, you enter a human-sized structure, attentive and focused on developing its talents.

Your profile

• You have already led and managed a team, ideally in catering, hospitality, or retail


• You have excellent interpersonal skills, both with your collaborators and customers – you know how to create a positive atmosphere and make a difference daily


• You enjoy fieldwork, daily challenges, and working at a fast pace


• You know how to manage priorities, even under pressure, with calm and clarity


• You are demanding but fair, with a true sense of leading by example


• You are flexible, available to work irregular hours (evenings, weekends, etc.)


• You want to grow in a company that trains you and entrusts you with real responsibilities where your commitment can truly make a difference

Field of activity

What you will do daily

• Lead and develop your team: supervision, motivation, skill development


• Ensure McDonald’s standards: quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety


• Manage operations: team scheduling, stock management, monitoring economic performance


• Train and grow employees: field coaching, evaluation, regular feedback


• Act as a link between the restaurant team, customers, and management (franchisee, supervisor, manager)
