We are looking for a committed personality as Head of Technology & Quality (m/f) for the whole of Switzerland.

Your tasks
- Leading a team of 6 technical product advisors
- Market analysis and competitor monitoring including deriving strategies
- Portfolio allocation and checking balanced workload
- Training and education of products internally and externally
- Requirements management for products and solutions, developing specifications
- Participation in supplier evaluation, make-or-buy decisions
- Accompanying development projects
- Defining strategies for market introduction of products and solutions
- Supporting sales and marketing (sales documents, customer visits, etc.)
- Ensuring feedback from operations to product development
- Building product management processes
- Ensuring product quality and marketability
- Responsibility for product certifications/approvals, such as SVGW, ESTI, WPZ, FWS, EHPW
- Defining hydraulic & electrical schematics as well as heat pump modules
- Adjusting processes regarding quality improvements
- Participation in trade fairs

Your profile
- Technical basic education with completed studies (industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration)
- Experience in project or portfolio management, technology management, innovation management, or business development
- IT skills: SAP and Microsoft tools
- Language skills: German and English (spoken, written, business fluent), French is an advantage
- Strategic thinking, teamwork, communication skills, moderation skills, creativity, and innovative spirit
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interface work with different departments
- Hands-on mentality, initiative, and structured working method
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland
