Chef de Partie (m/f/d) 100% - French Cuisine in the Heart of Zurich

Introduction

On behalf of our client, we are recruiting a Chef de Partie for an established restaurant in Zurich's Old Town focusing on classic French cuisine. You can expect a high-quality environment with fresh products, a manageable kitchen team of around 10 employees, and a position where your contribution is visible. Start date immediate or by arrangement.

Responsibilities

* Independent management of an assigned kitchen station

* Preparation of classic and seasonal dishes at a high artisanal level

* Organisation and execution of daily mise en place

* Ensuring consistently high food quality and appealing presentation

* Responsible handling of fresh and high-quality products

* Supporting the kitchen team in daily operations

* Compliance with and implementation of HACCP and quality standards

Profile

* Completed training as a cook with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)

* Professional experience as a Chef de Partie or in a comparable role

* Interest in classic French cuisine

* Independent, structured and clean working style

* High quality awareness and attention to detail

* Team-oriented personality with a positive attitude

* Good German skills, French skills an advantage
