What to expect

• Your tasks include the monthly review of absences of our clients for accident daily allowance billing and company continued payment of wages as well as preparing and forwarding the bills to the insurers.
• Additionally, analysing, preparing and processing data in accident management and premium processes are part of your responsibilities.
• You support and advise our clients by phone in the use of our software.
• Furthermore, you can contribute your experience with clients to further develop our services and software.

What you bring

Your profile

• Commercial or equivalent training.
• Confident handling of various IT applications as well as willingness to familiarise yourself with our specialised software.
• Knowledge in the field of social insurance, especially accident insurance, is an advantage.
• You even exceed our expectations if you bring French or Italian language skills.
