Trust Officer (80-100%)

• Establishment, liquidation and administration of offshore companies, trusts and foundations
• Drafting of correspondence and documents (minutes, resolutions, agreements, deeds)
• Contact with foreign representatives, directors, banks, accountants and clients
• Opening and monitoring of bank accounts
• Compliance with due diligence obligations
• Anti-money laundering/compliance
• Maintaining legally required company records and other documentation
• Electronic and physical filing of documents
• Updating the company database
• Experience in the administration of trusts and companies or in compliance or fiduciary services is an advantage
• Interest in further training in the professional field
• Very good English and German spoken and written
• Very good MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Well organized, precise, reliable and proactive
• Ability to work independently
• Strong team spirit
• Willingness to learn and develop skills
