Your tasks

Marketing

• Conceptualisation and creation of online campaigns and newsletters for end customers
• Management of all social media channels
• Writing and editing texts for press releases and reference reports
• Content management of the blog and the TICKETINO website
• Internal communication
• Conceptualisation, creation and optimisation of Google Ads campaigns
• Creation and implementation of individual advertising packages for event organisers

Customer support

• Support and advice for organisers, pre-sale points and ticket buyers via email, telephone and on-site
• Creation and modification of events, ticket categories, promotion codes, seating plans, event evaluations as well as cancellations and postponements
• First-level on-site support: provision and delivery of hardware, operation of admission control systems

Our requirements

You…

• are a university graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and want to apply your acquired skills in practice
• approach tasks with enthusiasm and are strong in communication
• are a digital native and feel at home on the internet
• are absolutely confident in German and enjoy writing texts
• are an initiative-taking, reliable and independent personality and know how to set priorities
